Ideamarketers has added RSS feeds where you can pick up our press releases through your favorite RSS reader or for integration into your site/blog:

Press Release News Wire Service at IdeaMarketers

I've added a new section at IdeaMarketers for our Press Release News Wire Service at IdeaMarketers. This section will display press releases only.

IdeaMarketers Now Accepts Press Releases

I spent all day programming IdeaMarketers to take press releases. Actually, when we first opened back in 1998, we took press releases, but they didn't take off at the time, so I dropped them. But I think now is a good time to give them another go ... if for no other reason than people are submitting them anyway! This way they can be properly categorized.

To add a press release to your account, just login and under the Article/PR Admin menu, click on "Add Press Release." If you've already submitted a press release before, then it's listed as an Article and you'll want to reclassify it. You can do that by clicking on Reassign Articles to PR under the Article/PR Admin menu.

If you want prominent promotion of your press releases on the site and on the home page, you can bid for placement on them the same as you would for articles. Just go to Bid for Promotion when you're logged into your account.

Translating Online Popularity to Offline Popularity

Need a Ghostwriter?

Last year we added a Ghostwriter section to our site and it's really taken off. We've had so many people list their services, that I've added a search feature.

If you haven't considered using a Ghostwriter before, here's a few ideas....

• You can use a ghostwriter to help you create a quality article for promoting yourself. Then really make the article your own by tweaking it a little here and there, adding your own voice.
• If English isn't your native language, using a ghostwriter is a great way to get your ideas down where they sound natural to an English-speaking audience.
• You can write an article and then give it to a ghostwriter to adapt and make alternative versions. This is a good way to go if you'll be submitting articles to multiple article directories and don't want to run into duplicate content issues.
• Many Ghostwriters make great editors as well... you could use them to go back over what you've written and spice it up a bit.
• You can commission a ghostwriter to develop unique custom content for your own site.
