If your work includes any type of marketing or sales, you'll want to watch Frank Rambauskas Jr.'s video clips on "Never Pursue Again." This is great stuff. I've done my share of sales and marketing over the years and I know for a fact that what he's teaching here is true. When you chase down sales, you drive them away. There's a delicate balance between letting the prospective customer know you're there and can help them and in that needy gotta-have-you pursuit that drives them away.
