My friends Nancy Spivey and Nancy Gerber have put together a daily gratitude thought that you can receive by email. I subscribed a few days ago and are really enjoying them. To get them, you just send an email to [email protected]
Here's a brief introduction from my friend Nancy Spivey: "Thanksgiving is a time to give thanks for a bountiful harvest. In these challenging times exploited daily by the media and negative conversations, it is difficult to stay consistently focused on our blessings. Imagine what it would be like to remain in that place of Thanksgiving and gratitude all the time. What a joy it would be!
Taking the time to note your blessings offers big benefits. Studies show that people who kept written records of gratitude experienced the following:
More satisfaction in life
More frequent exercise
Fewer health complaints
Longer sleep
Practicing gratitude has also been linked with positive mental health. "
I hope you'll join me in the daily gratitude emails! To participate, just send an email to [email protected]
Do you get the quotes from www.AllAboutGratitude.com ? I started to get those about 6 months ago when I was in a bad place. Paul Taubman does a great job with them.
I just sent an email to the address you suggested.

Hi Marnie -
Does that email still work? I have not heard from them yet.
And I see the All About Gratitude site does not have a link. It is http://www.AllAboutGratitude.com

My guess is they aren't doing it anymore. That's an old post from Thanksgiving of 2008
