The major part of being alive is the desire to have more. Human being’s have a natural propensity to always raise the bar in life. When you generate more money, you want more. When you discover a true love, you want more. When you experience health, you want more. When you get more, you want more. There is nothing wrong with desiring more. It isn’t a matter of greed but a natural need for every person.

When we acquire more of anything, we are expanding into more of a person. When we expand into a bigger person, we’re expanding our expression of life. All life is designed to expand to its fullest potential. It just so happens, a human being’s fullest potential is having more than what currently exists.

During this lifetime, you’ll reach many levels of success in a number of areas. Each success brings with it a feeling of accomplishment along with the desire for more.

Staying Focused - Keeping Your Focus

When an archer aims at a target, it is essential that he focuses on the bull’s-eye if that is what he intends to hit. Likewise, when a person wants to create something in their life, they must maintain an archer’s focus to achieve the goal.

Many people will start the race toward success, but only few will finish. The primary reason people stop pursuing a goal is lack of focus. If you really want something, it is essential that you put your concentration into attaining it. A lack of focus will prevent you from staying inspired along the path toward success.

There are many reasons why a person loses focus while pursuing their desires. All the reasons for losing focus can be summed up in one thought—self sabotage. Many people will talk themselves out of pursuing their dreams. That is why only a handful of people reach success in the end.

There Comes a Time

There comes a time in your life when you finally get it…

How the Economy Affects Your Brain

It’s a well known fact among the Mental Science community that chronic stress can actually alter brain anatomy. Stress (depression, fear, etc.) may cause specific areas of the brain to shrink in size. As the brain areas shrink, their functions (brain chemical secretions and electrical impulses) are altered. This anatomical adaptation to stress will ultimately affect how a person thinks, behaves, and reasons.

In other words, changes in the brain due to stress, makes us less able to think of logical solutions to our problems.

In addition to the irrational problem solving capacity produced by stress, the actual brain cells will change according to your thoughts.

Are You Comfortable?

Most people desire to produce a comfortable life. In reality, improvement in any area of life results in change, and that change produces a temporary lack of comfort (discomfort). So, the comfort you seek may not be a viable result for you but there is a way to make a slight adjustment to produce a comfortable life.

Hidden in Plain View

Why is your life the way it is, and not the way you would like it to be? The answer to this question is hidden in plain view. Before I give you the "plain view" answer, please allow me to explain something that will help you to understand your life better.

Life has a perfect pattern or plan to it. A tree grows into more of a tree, An animal grows more into that specific type of animal, and a human is suppose to grow into more of a being that is human (or a human that is being).

If something isn't going right in your life, there is a cause for the disorder or lack of ease (dis-ease). Life doesn't mess itself up.
