The two main components of Brilliant Business Success are Belief and Massive Action. If you can master these two fundamentals you will have it made in your business. Sounds hokey, I know, but from my own experience over the past 22 years in marketing and sales I've found it to be true.

In order to experience Brilliant Business Success, you must believe you are successful. Yes, believe you are successful in THIS moment--NOW, no matter what your business looks like right now. And, yes, this is very possible. I know, as I've done it. I won't bore you with all the details in this limited article, but suffice it to say 4 years ago I went from zero sales to over 50+ flats/condos in less than 10 months doing this very thing.

Design Your Marketing Calendar in 5 Simple Steps

I focused my efforts totally on educators and didn't allow myself to get distracted with others outside my ideal market--no matter how tempting it became. Not that I couldn't help anyone else with their retirement, I just always found it much easier to stick with my niche of educators. As a result I always had more leads that resulted in clients than I could handle.

Personally I've been using a life or business coach almost consistently since 1997--before it was "cool" to have a coach! Hiring a coach/mentor has always helped me focus laser like on what I've wanted to achieve and helped me reach it. I can certainly work without a coach or mentor; however, I can't reach my goals as fast without using one. For me time equals money and I want to save time by reaching my goals as fast as possible.

Lead Generation: The Easiest Way to Write Yourself a Check

If you're in any kind of business at all then you must always be thinking of ways to attract your ideal, high-paying clients. Lead Generation is just a fancy name for attracting clients to you and your business. Reach Your Goals by Making a Vision Board

If you're in a rut and not reaching goals you want to accomplish I've got a simple solution for you. Make a Vivid Vision Board. What's a Vivid Vision Board you ask? It's just a simple piece of poster board you cover in pictures of the following:

1. Things you want to acquire
2. Places you want to travel
3. Experiences you want to experience
4. Goals you want to achieve
5. Relationships you want in your life

The pictures come from magazines that you look over and clip words, pictures and images that speak to you and what you want to have happen in your life.
