Bea's comments are right on target. She is quite correct that people look for authencity, accessability and and a collaboratve spirit in their leaders. As a matter of fact, I'm finding that we must market ourselves as well as the corporation.

Thanks Pamela for your comment. Our next generation of leaders are begging for their leaders to be authentic. They want to know that you are the "real thing", and the sad thing is that if you're not, they have the tools (blogging, facebook) to destroy your credibility in minutes.
