Do you know that the winter solstice is Tuesday (today), which is the shortest day of the year? There is also a solar eclipse in the early morning hours, when the earth, the sun, and the moon arrange themselves in a direct line with each other. Together, these three cosmic forces can assist in a powerful re-birth experience.

No need to wait until the New Year, because the energy produced in the solar system on December 21, 2010 creates an opening into a vortex where we can release our old stuff—old patterns, false beliefs, and negative energy of any kind, and this kind of solar-staging only happens about once every four centuries!

From Leisure to Spirituality

Leisure is an attitude of mind and a condition of the soul that fosters a capacity to perceive the true reality of life. I propose that leisure is the foundation for success in discovering a peaceful existence of spirituality in our lives.
