first question people ask me when they find out I am a raw foodist is,
"What do you eat? Just salads?" There are so many delicious recipes you
can make from raw foods -- cakes, cookies, parfaits, and even pizza.
In spite of the stereotypical salad perception, I've decided to share
one of my favorite salad recipes. From this recipe you'll see that even
a salad doesn't have to be ordinary.
