Shane “The People’s Chemist” Ellison, M.Sc., Natural Health Expert of IdeaMarketers.com says:"If you could make one simple change in your diet to help you melt fat, sleep better, and improve your memory ... wouldn't you do it? What if that same simple dietary change could increase your energy, conquer depression, save your eyesight, restore your mental alertness, get your bedroom energy rockin', and increase your lifespan?

take drugs. Nor do you have to try some newfangled experimental
supplements. Or stop eating. Or even give up the foods you love.
"It's as simple as reducing the amount of sugar you eat."

I just came across this site and must say that I found this to be a really fascinating article. I have been a splenda addict for a long time now thinking that it was better for me than sugar.....after reading this, I will NEVER use splenda again! Thank you!

Thank you sooooooo very much for helping to get the word out about sugar!!! It has caused so much death, disease, blindness, amputations, emotional problems, etc. etc. etc. I am still amazed at the lack of information most American's possess. By the time most people realize what the problem is, a great deal of damage has already been done. Hopefully, more people like you will join the crusade to educate American's on the destructive nature of sugar. I work in the health insurance industry and I see the unfortunate results of sugar addiction. Nevada Health Insurance

What a great article. Many people, me included, just do not realise what harm excess sugar can do to your body. Most of us are under the illusion that replacing sugar with sweeteners, such as Splenda, is a healthy alternative, thank you for highlighting the fact that this is not the case.
