When Will My Prayers Be Answered?

This is the 9th segment in the video series, "Becoming the Hero or Heroine of Your Own Life." A lot of us want to know when our prayers will be answered. Why is it taking so long? Several things come into play. First, every seed has a germination period and with idea seeds, unfortunately, there's no seed packet to tell us how long it's going to take. A second reason is because we often slip into fear and doubt and those mental attitudes retard seed growth or can be equivalent to ripping your seeds out of the ground before they have time to sprout.

In my book, You're Here for a Reason: Discover and Live Your Purpose I talk about how gratitude, envisioning, and going forward in faith can help "fertilize" your seeds so that they grow in a timely manner. But sometimes, you just have to wait...just like an expectant mother must wait for the birth of her child. This video segment discusses what to do during those waiting periods...
